My volume is very low when making call
I hardly hear when making call even if I high the volume I still can’t hear unless I place it on speaker ,any help to fix it

Likely your speaker is blown or needs replacing.

The speaker (or entire front sensor assembly) can be purchased from iFixit, or another supplier.

Is any sound (even very quiet sound) coming from the top speaker (the one by your ear), or is the top speaker silent?

When I play music or call comes in it ring alright but when answer call or making call I hardly hear the person unless I put it on speaker before I can here it well
