Why isn't my drone's wifi not connecting to my phone properly?

I googled up how to connect a drone to a phone. It seemed pretty simple. But it’s not easy and simple to do anymore. Since yesterday, I’ve been trying to figure out why won’t the drone’s wifi connect to the phone. Also to be more specific, I can see the wifi for the drone and I can connect it. But it keeps on saying “Internet is unavailable”. Someone said before that it’s normal and you can still go on the app and control it properly. I went on the app and it said “Please have a drone connected”. So now I am totally confused.
