Music but no voice sound
Sound of films and adverts comes on but as soon as people talk it don't work . Example play titanic sounds great with the musical orchestra but asoon as Jack speeks I don't hear anything..I've tried rebooting , all my settings it's driving me mad please help

What is the model number of the TV?
What is the signal source, cable box, internet, TV antenna, etc?
Have you tried different inputs, input types e.g. HDMI, Component video etc, different signal sources e.g. dvd player to see if the problem stays or goes?
