J7 ultrapower saving mode fault

My ultrapower saving mode in J7 (2016) is not turning off. I have just choosed poco launcher and restarted my phone with UPSM on and now the option for tirning it on is vanished. I tried every thing including restarting,removing the battery an turning it on but it doesn’t helps.
