Why does my 2004 Club car favor normal speeds on level and go 3 mph up
Go very slow uphill, normal speeds on level surface. Why?

Have your battery tested at advance auto. The uphill load needs more power and the battery is having a problem supplying it. Probably too high internal resistance.
