Why does the PS5 Beep then turn off when I press the power button?

I have a PlayStation 5 (PS5) and the HDMI port got damaged. After i replaced the HDMI i pressed the power button and it beeped but did not power. The fan spun for a couple seconds then stopped. I was wondering if anyone has any information or parts to measure the components as a reference or experience with this.
