So i was thinking of buying an icloud lock iphone xr and changing the logic board of it.will that make it icloud unlocked?

The iCloud is tied to numerous chips on the logic board it is not tied to the screen or housing.

If you buy an icloud locked phone and a spare icloud unlocked motherboard and swap the 2 motherboards you will get a working phone. However, it's not cost efficient. Icloud unlocked boards go for around 150, same with fully functional icloud locked phones. You're better off just buying icloud unlocked iphone

You can buy a phone with broken screen and broken back glass but unlocked
And buy a locked one but not broken and change the logic board
