Headphone jack problem with my mobile phone
When I insert my hand free jack , then it is not inserted in phone completely.

It sounds like there is something in the headphone jack, try looking inside it and clean it out. There could be some dirt/pocket lint building up in there. That could be causing the headphone jack to not fully insert.
