Dualshock 4 no Charge

Hello good Morning I have a v1 dualshock 4 control, I connect it to charge and the orange only blinks once, it does not take charge, it occurred to me to connect the control via usb to the console, the control turns on, it links but is crazy (the analogs turn and buttons are pressed) restart control and nothing ...
