when i turn on my xbox one s it starts normal and the button gives light and fan is spinning
but i dont see anything on my tv
also the hdmi poort looks good from inside and outside
i dont see anywhere damage or short circuit
any idea what the problem is?

This sounds stupid, but the xbox one actually has a hdmi in and a hdmi out. The HDMI out is the port closest to the power plug (at least on the one s)

Yes I double check it that it was in the right hdmi port.
the tv recognizes the HDMI but say’s no server or something like that.
without hdmi it says connect the HDMI
@samim24 U sure the TV is on the right HDMI source?
