Why do I have horizontal color lines after touch screen replacement?

Hi all, could you please help me? I have horizontal color lines on original LCD after touch screen replacement. Home button and power button works correctly. Any advice please? Thank you so much in advance!

Looks like damage to the LCD. You’ll probably have to replace it. iPad 6 tablets have a small amount of adhesive which holds the corners down where the screws are inserted. If you applied too much pressure beneath the LCD to pull it up, it could have damaged it.
