Clicking sound and very slow spin

I uploaded two video files. One of it making the noise while running and a second where I have the motor out and I see that a “clutch” type thing is spinning within the electric motor. I think that the clicking noise is coming from the front of the motor and this “clutch” thing but I am not sure. Is this “clutch” movement normal? if no then any advice on what the part is called or part#

The outside says Kenmore 90 and the model is 110.4788291
