Changed Mainboard - now I get duplicated image on both halfs

I recently change the mainboard in my Philips 50PUS6162/50 after the unit would not turn on.

After replacing the main board the system now turns on but i have a duplicated picture on both halfs of the screen, its like the Tcon card is push the same image to either side. Search for this everywhere but cant find anyone who has had this issue. any help would be great.
