DS LITE: Upper screen black And Crackling sound when turned on

Hi i have a DS LITE and wanted to clean the gameslot and spilled some isoprophyl 99.9 over the top left side of the cardtridge. Both the top and bottom got wet the console was closed. Now my ds can read the games again but has a black top screen and a crackling sound in the top screen when tuned on. Is there any way i can fix it ?
