Smc always running hot?

My 2009 imac that i did a board swap with and a ssd replacment runs fine with the only exception being that the smc temp always reads 60 degrees celcius no matter what, along with the screen just going black occasionally although there are no graphics artifacts, and after a couple minites the screen resusmes as normal, my guess is that its a bad smc and a pram battery, but im not sure which chip is the smc as i have no schimatic or board view, can anyone help me with this? Thanks

You'll need to dig a bit deeper on what is running hot. I would install this great app TG Pro. You may need to get an older version if you are running something older than Sierra. Take a snapshot of the main window showing all of the sensors and post it here for us to see Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente.

You may want to also see whats happening within Activity Monitor. See if anything is running hard.
