Colored vertical lines on screen. Broken T-Con board?

I have TCL 43 inch 4k TV. The model number is 43P6US.

I have it connected to an android TV box. So when I turn it on, it’s supposed to show a big red TCL logo, then the Android TV boot up screen. Now, it just shows vertical bars that starts out just red but changes color after a few seconds. I think it’s responding to the start-up logos I described earlier.

Also, sometimes when I’m lucky, I turn on the TV and it shows a normal picture. It stays that way for a few hours, then fade back into the colored bars.

I researched a bit, opened up my TV, and tested around using my multimeter. My VGH voltage was 18 and VGL was -5, even with both ribbon cables detached. From what I read, VGH should be around 20 to 30.

My question is, is there an easy way to isolate a defective component that I can replace with a soldering iron and limited electronics skills? Or should I just replace the entire T-Con board? Or is it even my T-Con board that’s broken?
