How long time charcing before I can call again

Changed the battery and hopefully done it right. It charging for half and hour now and it still not available, "red battery".

Does it take a night or two hours

It should only take an hour... If it's been longer check connector 4 and screws near do not remove sticker are in tightly. If still no charge get back to us

If connector 4 isn't connected, it should keep telling you that you need to plug in the charger as well. Once you plug it in, that symbol goes away and tells you that it begins to charge. After awhile the phone should turn on with a low battery level. If it doesnt turn on at all then I'd check to see if the battery you received is defective or not.
