Can anyone identify this chip?

Hi. I have had someone bring me a mac that has had a main board replaced with what appears to be a badly reworked refurbish job. There is what appears to be a capacitor blown on the board, and it does not turn on. Is anyone able to identify the chip? I can’t see any markings on it due to the damage.
