Do you have the datasheet for the Guitar?
I want to create a USB output for the Guitar but I need some sort of datasheet to out from. Can anyone help?

The place to go for that info is the fcc id website. Go there, type in the FCC ID number on the sticker of the guitar, and all of those schematics and internal workings are posted there. The FCC ID website has been an invaluable resource for me.

Maybe throw out the original “brain” and rewire all the buttons to Arduino Pro Micro that can act as a HID device?
