I want a refund and wait a week

To check out your refund status, visit online Self Service.

For eligible products, returns must be initiated within a maximum of 14 days from the date the product is received.

Upon receipt of the returned product at the Apple Returns Center, the refund process will begin. Refund processing depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the returned product remains in its original condition, the return will be processed within 3 business days in the form of bank transfer or refund by debit/credit card, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
