Whirlpool wsf26c3exf01 fridge and freezer is not cooling. The compressor and fan are not getting voltage and the thermistors test fine. Evaporator fan is running and defrost circuit is good. What else would prevent voltage from being applied to compressor circuit?

@bcaine run the diagnostics test for this model. I also include the wiring diagram. Right now it sounds like your “high voltage board” but try the diagnostics first. diagnostic-test.pdfcomponent-access.pdf
Remember the wiring diagram are “typical” so it is always best to use the once from your tech sheet. It should be located on the bottom of the fridge.
