DVD Lens module is moving back and forth with a weird sound

Hi everyone.

When my xbox 360 slim DVD reader tries to read a disc, it is moving back and forth with a weird sound, like the lens if trying to find the disc start trace. It would read 1/2 times. So I changed the lens, and exactly same results.. Do someone has an idea?
