Elec. Cart. No reverse. Forward only.

2006 Club Car Precedent. Electric. 48 volt. Originally no solenoid click. No forward or reverse. Dead on arrival. Bank voltage is good, swapped controller and mcor from a working cart, still nothing. Replaced f and r rocker switch and solenoid. Found a melted pin on 16 pin harness to controller, replaced that thinking that was issue. So after all of that, I now have forward but no reverse. Solenoid does not open in reverse. No reverse buzzer. Not sure if buzzer ever worked or was already disconnected. Charger works fine so the only thing I did not do was bypass OBC. It seemed fine.
