Application to Manage repair shop?

i have repair shop for laptops, smartphones and tablets and i am looking for application kind of ERP or CRM to manage my work and record keeping, kindly advise and recommend.

There’s options like RepairShoppr and I believe RepairQ. They offer sales tracking like existing services like Square but are better suited for repair shops and offer integration with parts suppliers for inventory management along with creating intake forms. I have yet to use one of these systems but I’ve heard pretty good things about them. Right now I’m using square as that’s what I can afford.

Everything in our shop is tracked with paper. When a customer enters a drop-off system, we collect all their information, including information about damage (if any), and which equipment has been brought in on our paper tickets. We have a camera on the drop-off bench that allows us to take pictures of each side of a device before serving it (it helps the customer who comes very occasionally, "That scratch isn't there!!"). When the customer leaves, our invoicing/estimating system enters their data and puts the system in a queue.

Again, everything sounded great - but we lose a paper ticket every now and then or the customer scripted it so poorly. We also cannot track the work of the customer outside our shop, by call or email.

Let's face it now, the software that we use is free and charges us only when we make a loan or ACH transaction. This is very nice, given the very low charges.

I used a free CRM but it was inconvenient to use contacts and they were constantly knocked down and I had to start all over again. I started installing the app https://revenuegrid.com/product/calendar... to synchronize data through contacts. And they stayed in the same list. But now I need to migrate the database. Has anyone had to deal with migrating to a new CRM?
