Won't start
All I get is a series of 3 blinks, off for a 3-4 seconds then repeat.

The three blinks indicates a RAM issue. First trey reseating your RAM chips. That failing, reseat one chip at at time in each of the two slots to test both the chip and the slot. Let us know your results.
