How to fix Bowflex Revolution home gym?

I just bought a used Bowflex Revolution home gym, the machine is barely used but i noticed after my first workout that there are a couple things that need to be adjusted unfortunately i wasnt able to find any tips online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

PROBLEM #1: One of the red handles needs to have the black pin that secures the mechanism in place tighten. Is there a way to tighten or does the entire red handle need to be replaced?

PROBLEM #2: At the bottom of the machine theres two large knobs that allow u to tighten the cable tension in the tower. When i tighten the cable tension so that the cable w the hook is close to the pulley it immediately goes back to it old position which sits about 4 “ away from the pulley. Is there any way to tighten this mechanism so it will stay in place when i adjust the cable?

PROBLEM #3: In order to add resistance u add a weight disks on to the metal rod thats sticks out on both sides of the machine. I am having a difficult time adding and removing weights on or off the rod. They seem to get stuck on the red plastic end cap thats on the tip of the rod. This only happens on one side of the machine. There doesnt appear to be any rough edges to cause this obstruction and the weight does not appear to be damaged. Any suggestions on what might be the causing the jam?
