Wont power on after water damage

I got broken new 2ds XL. Prev. owner says it’s get water damage and don’t turn ON but show charger led.

This 4 capasitor is ringing (‘beeping’?) and a few more on the other side

I already clean up board with 99.7 IPA but it’s not help for me. I think there is dead

where i can get capacitor specification for this motherboard?
