Phone bootlooping and can't access recovery mode. Can it be fixed?

I left my phone for a while and forgot to charge it. When I plugged it it started restarting by itself the moment i try to unlock the phone. The phone seems to have reverted to the state when I first bought it, with the default lock screen wallpaper and all(the lock screen shows up for a few seconds before restarting again) I tried accessing recovery mode and it doesnt work either. My phone is an OPPO F9, is there any chance i could fix it or at least recover my files and photos from it?

Also, I have been avoiding updating it for 2 days because I am waiting for important phone calls. I wonder if that had anything to do with my phone breaking.
