Cybertron PC can front panel usb port be replaced
It appears to be built-in the tower. I’m getting an error message that says Over current status will shut down in 15 sec. so I assume my usb port is bad. They Cybertron tower appears to have a built-in usb port is that possible.

If you had removed all USB devices and when power up it still shows, perform the next step,
What I can suggest to try out first is to isolate the problem by removing the USB front panel connector first.
Open up the computer casing.
Locate the Front panel usb connection to the computer mainboard.
There maybe some label on the mainboard, e.g. JUSB .. etc.
if unsure, take some pictures and share with us.
