No the T2 chip won’t affect the replacement of the battery. Due to COVID parts are getting delayed! Here’s the iFixit battery you’ll need MacBook Pro 13" Retina (A1989, A2251) Battery and the guide to put it in Reemplazo de la batería de la MacBook Pro 13" 2018

I would let Apple fix your system as its still under warranty FREE!!
