You will have to open the phone and check for any loose connections or component damage caused by the fall.

Just because there is no external damage doesn’t mean that there hasn’t been any internal damage.

I’m not suggesting that it is a battery problem. The video is useful as it shows how to open the phone to gain access to the internal components so that they can be checked etc.
