Hi there :)
As my title says in old iPhone SE - I know if I would do this in iPhone X such a option would disappear - but what about old SE?

If you change a battery you will have battery health on the phones all up to iPhone X after that it will say not an original battery or something like that.

And what about iPhone 7 LCD replacement?
Is it the same from iPhone X messages it was replaced?
You can replace the screen and it won't give you any messages. The only problem is if you replace the screen with an aftermarket screen and don't transfer the serial number and information to the new screen you will lose trutone on the screen. You can buy a piece of equipment that can program that information or most repair shops should have the tool.
