Originally it is supposed to leave me with at least 7.5 gb and run with only 1.5 gb, but it's running with whooping 7gb. Can not even install any app. Memory always full. I have no pictures and no videos. What can I do?

Buy a new phone. You can buy a new one with 16gb for 60 to 80 dollars and Samsung has the a10e with 32gb for 99 dollars. I had the same problem it kept running out of storage and I kept deleting apps until it got to the point that I bought a used Samsung Galaxy s10 plus 128gb and now I don't have to worry about it. If you like Samsung I would recommend Samsung Galaxy a10e or a10e which has 64gb and I think it runs around 150 to 200 dollars.

Some things to try and increase the available amount of storage in the phone:
Try inserting a SD card (max 64GB) and move the apps (those that can be moved) from the main storage to the SD card to free up space
Try clearing the app’s cached data to increase storage Go to Apps > Settings > Storage > Cached data > delete
Delete unnecessary download files Go to Apps > My Files > Search for Download > tap on any unwanted file > delete it to the trash can
wipe the cache partition to remove old system updates etc and other cached info that may longer be required
