PC fans on but won't connect to USB ports to keyboard or connect to tv
Pc fans working but USB Ports aren't connecting to my keyboard or mouse and it'll won't charge anything I connect it to my monitor and there's is a black screen nothing will connect but my PC has power but still won't connect to keyboard or mouse

Sounds like the motherboard is not booting up properly. Is it beeping or posting? like one Beep? and we also need much more info to be able to answer your question well if even at all.
