No sound when incoming calls
Please help when I have a call coming in I can’t hear it it vibrates and says who is calling but doesn’t ring

I have to ask but did you try to turn up the ringer? Have you tested the speaker to see if it works. Even if the speaker works it won't make noise if the ringer is turned down and on vibrate only.
