Cracked milky color casing around camera lens on back of iPhone 11

I have a Crack in the milky colored casing around camera lens on back of iPhone 11. Can I replace that part on this phone ?

Starting with the iPhone 8, the only way to replace the glass on the back of the phones is to transfer the components into a new back housing. The back glass is not designed to come off. Some people have had success removing the back but this is done with a laser. From what it looks like, the entire back is one piece just as previous models.
