How do I add memorycard/controller port and fix power ribbon?

I have an old broken fat PS2 I was given for free. I was told that it wouldn’t turn on, and that was it. After opening it, i immediately noticed the power ribbon on the case was disconnected and kind of twisted as well. That’s probably the sole reason it won’t turn on. also I didn’t realize it until now… this console is missing its controller/memory card ports entirely lmao.

those were the only 2 problems I could see from a glance. Could someone guide me through fixing this? I’m willing to buy parts off ebay and stuff once i know what to get. thanks
