Switch pro controller right stick HEAVILY drifting

My nintendo switch pro controller right stick is heavily drifting to the right. The switch reads it as if I have the stick all the way to the right when it is in a neutral position. When I push left on the right stick, it reads it as neutral. I’ve tried everything, from recalibrating to hard-resetting my switch and it won’t stop. Does anyone know a way to fix it?
