Kenmore 41761712510 if full of water and won't start a cycle

Once I start it, the door locks, a minute or so later, the door unlocks as three long beeps. It does the three beeps three times total. I have tried turning off power but same results. It got in this state after it was banging around, off balance I think. Stopped and tried to balance the load, but it would’nt resume. Tried a rinse/spin cycle, it filled with water and no is in the state described.
