I Have a problem about the charging

Hi can someone help?

I have’nt use this phone for 6 months now because of the cracked screen. And now after the screen replacement I have another issue with the battery.

• I charge my phone it went by 2% and then it went off if I play the phone for 3 minutes or so.

• After a while , I plug it back on the battery went up by 100% but then it turn off after I unplug my charger.

• I plug it back again it stuck on 1 % but only for a while if I play it for a while by 4 minuts or so.

Please Can someone tell me what should I do?
