So my Surface Laptop stopped charging earlier, and I thought it was the cable (light is on, not flashing). I tried to do a hard restart to fix whatever problem it may be, but the laptop DIED and still won’t charge (so won’t turn on). I’m working remotely…..any fixes? Thank you!!!

If the laptop appears dead, then the problem may be electrical in origin. If trying a different battery/charging cable/electrical outlet doesn’t work, then the culprit may be that the charging port needs replacing.
