SNES only shows white lines moving up

Hi, I got a used SNES, the light turns on and I also tested the RCA cable on a working n64 and it's fine.

But when I try to play something this happens:

In the video I didn't put a game, but the same thing happens if I do.

I am really lost at what may be happening so any help is appreciated.

edit: I figured it out, the AC port is broken and I was connecting to just a couple of metal pieces that are still there. Hope connecting it there didnt do any damage.
