Segway ninebot es4 motor vibrates when running, top speed of 5 KM/h.

As titled, my ninebot is having some issues, they started last fall, and I’m now getting around to finding a fix since it’s finally warm enough to ride comfortably again. So it happened while I was going up a hill, nothing extreme, maybe 30% incline.

Anyway, all of a sudden a large choke up on he motor happened and my motor power dropped. I pushed the scooter up the hill, restarted and tried again.

After trying again I had a very low top speed in all modes, anywhere from 2 KM/H to 5 KM/H depending on the mode I was am in, accompanied by the vibrating motor and an aggressive vibrating noise coming from the front wheel. I’ve seen some blogs mention the control board as a possible issue, and also the motor or its wires. I just came here to get more advice.
