No light on charger PP5V_S5 Missing

I have a macbook that was plugged into a dead charger I had to replace the ISL6259 DC in board and the chip responisble for creating PP3v43_G3H I now get PPBUS_G3H at 12.30 volts and 3.42 volts on the SYS_ONEWIRE but no light on charger so I check PP5V_S5 and it was missing so i replaced the TPS 51980 but there’s no change. So I replaced u5110 and check SMC_RESET_L and the it measures 3.42v. anyone have sugestions on what I could try next? or if I’m missing something obvious please let me know
