i replaced my battery and charging port all correctly, no mishaps. i followed the ifixit tutorials to the T. i plug my phone in later and it doesn’t charge. what’s the problem

If you had replaced your charge port and battery because your phone was not charging properly and you are sure the replacements are installed and connected properly plus you have tried a different charging lead the next thing to look at would be a faulty charging IC. The most common one to fail is the Tristar IC.

Try unplugging/replugging the charging daughter board connector. For me it worked and I think it’s a crucial step.
