Bad Color Output: Brother HL-L3270 (vertical white strip & cyan line)

Hello Community - I'm looking for advice on how to fix the bad color output on my Brother HL-L3270 color laser printer. Specifically, the color output of the printer is bad due to problems with the cyan color. You will notice on the Test Print page (see http://bit.ly/2QSRqUi) that there is a vertical band of missing cyan color where there should be cyan color (basically a vertical white strip), as well as a thin cyan line of color where there should be none (a thin vertical band of cyan). I have changed the cyan toner cartridge to see if that would fix the problem, but it did not. I also changed the drum unit used with the cyan toner, but that did not fix the problem. I also cleaned the LED printheads using a soft lint-free microfiber cloth, but that did not fix the problem. I don't know what other component could be causing the problem. I'm hoping this is something someone here has seen before, and that there is a simple and cost effective solution. Thank you.
