Super geniues needed, disabled guy needs PS4 controller modified

He is a super FIFA player, but recently he has problems using the R2 and L2 buttons. It would be totally awesome if we somehow could move the R-L2 next to the R-L1 buttons (side by side), so the R1 button is half the size of the normal button and the other half of the button would be R2, likewize with the L-buttons. Hope it makes sense.

I have tried for hours if not days to figure this out. Hope someone has exeptional skills and can help me help my friend.

it will be a challenge, Im thinking about 3D printing and doing some adjustment.

Maybe get a spoil controller to tear down to try it out.

doing some soldering to bridge it over. or extend to right... some buttons sure has to be modified.

Dun mind I ask, how much disabled is your friend on... im thinking if can modified to a foot pedal also on one of the button.

Hey Augustine

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately he doesn’t have any felling or movements in the legs. He also doesn’t have much strength in his arms anymore, so he has to rest the controller on his legs while gaming, therefore it is impossible for him to use the R-L2.

I have also been thinking about doing some 3D-print, but I don’t have any knowledge about how to do that or make that work, because the when I look at the motherboard in the controller I can figure out how to adjust the buttons.

But again, thanking for your answer, it is highly appreciated.
