Replace touchpad with a newer model

Hi all,

I got a MBP A1398 mid-2014. I want to replace my touchpad for a model from 2015. The 2015 model touchpad has a different click sound and feeling.

Is it possible to install a newer version touchpad in my mid-2014 machine?
