How much does it cost to repair battery and screen?

My phone dropped in a pale of water and from then on my phone’s battery wont work well. I have to charge it literally 2-3 times a day to prevent it from shutting off. The screen is not working fine as well since it is really hard to touch. The navigation buttons wont work. There is no sound already might had been damage the entire speaker and mouthpiece. How much will it cost me to have it repaired?
