Xbox One S Turning off Immediately after turning it on.

I bought this Xbox one S second hand for the reason that it would turn off directly after turning it on. Now when I got the system I plugged it in and turned it on and it just sat there, on, no display, took forever to turn off without holding the power button. And I decided to leave it running. Eventually it kicked out a signal saying that it was preparing the console and to not unplug nor turn it off. Then it said that preparing the console failed… this was followed with an E102 error code. I then quickly went to make a reinstallation media to do an offline update or whatever it was, this gained like half a percent then failed with an E101 error code. I then went to reset the console, I don’t remember what happened afterwards as I went to take a shower. I came back and when trying to turn the system on it turns on for a few seconds, spins up the HDD, then immediately turns off, however it does not make the power off noise. Holding pair, eject, and power all at once do not help, holding the power button for 10+ seconds doesn’t help, and no, holding a hair dryer over the fan for 10 minutes doesn’t help. I’m not sure what is wrong. I’m almost certain it’s a failed update, and maybe a bad HDD, but if it’s only a failed update, then how will I get it to boot back up to install the software? Any ideas because I’m flat out. The only thing I can assume is that when the seller had this issue, the console remained unplugged for an extended amount of time and I was hoping that leaving it unplugged for 24 hours might have some help to it. I have the console entirely apart, everything is connected and resting in the correct place. Would really appreciate any pointers.
